The rumors of a Heights – Garden Oaks – Oak Forest area H-E-B have been going around for some time. Now that the Houston Heights is no longer dry, it looks as if the H-E-B will be heading to 24th street location sooner then later. The new store will be built on the old Fiesta site which is now an empty lot. Scott McClelland confirmed that the store would open if the area become “Wet” in the November Election… (Which it Did)
