Interview The Builder:
Ask key questions:

Review Past Work
- Visit completed homes in person if possible.
- Look for quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and materials used.
- (As a Custom Builder we don’t have “Model Homes” like production builders but most of the time we will have projects at diffrent phases we can show you. Sometimes past clients will even open up their homes to showcase our work.)
Evaluate Compatibility
You’re going to work closely with this builder for months—make sure they:

- Are responsive
- Understand your vision
